McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime, and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**The Senior Program Manager will provide acquisition and program management support to Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across the acquisition lifecycle. The position supports program execution activities involving cost, schedule, performance, risk management, acquisition documentation, milestone preparation, contractor coordination, and program reporting in support of Air Force acquisition programs.Duties include, but not limited to:Support Government Program Managers in executing acquisition programs in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidance and regulationsPlan, research, analyze, and assess acquisition projects to support cost, schedule, and performance objectivesProvide acquisition program management support to Program Managers and IPT Leads to maintain acquisition battle rhythm and deliver operational capabilitySupport development and review of acquisition documentation including Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans, milestone briefings, and other program documentationAssist with preparation and review of acquisition reports including DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs, and other statutory and regulatory documentationSupport program risk management activities including risk identification, analysis, handling, monitoring, and execution of risk management boards and working groupsDevelop and support briefings, schedules, status reports, graphics, and acquisition documentation for senior leadershipSupport source selection activities including development of evaluation criteria, RFP documentation, CDRLs, SOWs, and source selection support documentationReview acquisition and program documentation to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with applicable guidanceSupport implementation and execution of acquisition and development processes in coordination with Government and contractor personnelAssist with program integration activities, contractor deliverable tracking, and schedule managementSupport preparation and submission of funding documentation including Purchase Requests, MIPRs, and related acquisition documentationMonitor and support interface control and coordination between program systems and stakeholdersProvide guidance on acquisition policies, procedures, and program management best practicesSupport operational planning, capability development, event integration, analysis, and reporting activitiesMaintain awareness of DoD acquisition reform initiatives and recommend process improvements where applicable**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**RequirementsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearancePreferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant professional disciplineYears of experience: 8 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD settingTechnical SkillsAcquisition Program ManagementDoDI 5000 Series Acquisition ProcessesCost, Schedule, and Performance ManagementProgram Risk ManagementAcquisition Documentation Development and ReviewAcquisition Reporting (DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs)Source Selection SupportRFP, SOW, and CDRL DevelopmentProgram Integration and Contractor ManagementMicrosoft Office SuiteInterpersonal SkillsProven leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple efforts simultaneouslyAbility to work independently with minimal oversightStrong mentoring and team development capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and deliver executive-level briefingsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with Government and contractor personnelAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentAdditional InformationLocation: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MATravel: Travel may be required per the customer's discretionBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insurance
