Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager - PNWWe are partnering with our client, a manufacturer of Motor Controls, Soft Starters, and Variable Frequency Drives, to identify a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast.This is a high visibility role with approximately $1M in established revenue and significant upside opportunity across a fast developing territory.Key Responsibilities:• Drive strategic account development targeting executive level decision makers• Expand relationships with Distributors, OEMs, Panel Shops, Key Accounts, and End Users• Identify and close new business while strengthening existing partnerships• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate market penetration• Manage a multi state territory with approximately 50 percent travelIdeal Background:• Experience selling Soft Starters, Motor Controls, or Low and Medium Voltage Drives• Proven track record growing revenue in a defined geographic territory• Strong commercial acumen and ability to call at multiple organizational levels• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred• Home office based near a major airport within the territoryIf you are located in the PNW and have a strong background in industrial controls sales, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
