Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience working in a technical environment.Experience with optical and electrical test instrumentation.Experience in performing data analysis using JMP, Python, or MATLAB.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).Experience writing Python scripts for hardware automation, instrument control, or test sequencing and with SQL.Experience operating, troubleshooting, and automating semiconductor wafer probers and autoloaders.Experience in high-volume production semiconductor testing and manufacturing environments.Understanding of LED device physics and optoelectronic principles.Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable test plans.
