This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the customer journey from prospecting through close, while partnering closely with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Product to ensure long-term customer value.You'll sell a high-impact fintech and healthcare solution, educate pharmacy decision-makers on the value of modern payment and checkout experiences, and play a key role in shaping Tabz's go-to-market strategy as we scale.What You'll DoDrive Revenue & PipelineOwn and manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification through contract negotiation and closeConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline using HubSpot and other CRM toolsConsultative SellingLead discovery calls with pharmacy owners, operators, and stakeholders to understand business needs and pain pointsPosition Tabz's payments, checkout, and integration solutions as mission-critical infrastructure for modern pharmaciesDeliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and business impactAccount Expansion & Strategic GrowthPartner with Customer Success to drive expansion, upsells, and long-term customer retentionIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategic pharmacy groupsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Architecture to refine messaging and sales strategyMarket Feedback & InfluenceServe as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and objections with Product and Leadership teamsHelp shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions as Tabz scalesQualificationsBachelor's degree and/or 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or pharmacy-adjacent industriesProven track record of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales quotasStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate value to non-technical buyersExperience using CRMs such as HubSpot or SalesforceSelf-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environmentPharmacy, healthcare, or payments experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferSalary band and bonus or commission (if applicable) are competitiveComprehensive packages, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Opportunities for career growth and development in an innovative and expanded opportunityCollaborative and dynamic work environmentPay range represents the anticipated high and low end of pay range for this position and may change in the future.
