Architectural Designer

Location: Bayside, Queens, NYFirm: Architects Rule, PCAn established, design-driven architecture firm based in Bayside, Queens is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Designer / Draftsperson to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial projects and are looking for someone who can contribute immediately to active projects.This is a hands-on production role. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and capable of producing accurate construction documents with minimal oversight.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCADAssist in the development of full construction document setsProduce plans, sections, elevations, and construction detailsCoordinate with consultants and field conditionsSupport project team through permit and filing processesQualifications:3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural officeStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)Understanding of NYC Building Code and construction practicesExperience producing complete construction document setsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProfessional communication skills and team-oriented mindsetBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) preferredAdditional Skills (a plus):Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorMS OfficeMultilingual (Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish)Position Details:Full-time and part-time positions availableImmediate hire for qualified candidatesCompensation based on experience and performanceImportant: We are looking for someone dependable who can support a fast-paced workload and contribute right away.To Apply:Please email your resume, portfolio, and availability to:Paul@ArchitectsRule.comNO RECRUITERS!
