This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general contracting and concrete construction, looking to make a significant impact on project delivery and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate field teamsSite logistics and manpower planningMaterial and equipment managementScheduling and time trackingSafety compliance and documentationSupervise multiple trades and subcontractorsCollaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targetsPromote a culture of safety and accountability on-siteQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operationsMinimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field experience Strong leadership and communication skillsFamiliarity with scheduling tools and cost control practicesInterested in hearing more?
