Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures using hand tools and power tools, ensuring stability and safety at all times Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble scaffolding according to project requirements Inspect scaffolding regularly for stability, damage, or safety hazards; perform necessary repairs or adjustments promptly Collaborate with construction management to coordinate scaffold placement around building frameworks, including roofing, masonry, and framing areas Operate heavy equipment as needed for lifting and positioning materials or scaffolding components safely Assist with other construction tasks such as concrete forming, carpentry, drywall installation, or interior finishing when required Maintain detailed records of scaffold inspections, modifications, and safety checks in compliance with safety protocols Prior experience working on construction sites with scaffolding installation or related roles is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to scaffold assembly Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety equipment used in construction environments Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations related to scaffolding and working at heights Skills in using construction management software or Bluebeam for documentation are advantageous Strong understanding of various construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and restoration enhances versatility Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to building safe structures that stand the test of time.
