OverviewWe are seeking a driven and analytical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and support ongoing business growth. This role is responsible for managing account performance, strengthening partner relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support eCommerce operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies that align with overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales goalsDevelop accurate sales forecasts based on performance trends, customer behavior, and market conditionsAnalyze account performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify opportunities and risksAdjust strategies in real-time and partner with leadership on business impact and execution plansBuild and maintain quarterly forecasts at both category and product levelsEvaluate product and category performance, identifying successes, gaps, and areas for expansionMonitor and report on listing and assortment performance across eCommerce platformsStay informed on consumer trends and buying behavior to enhance the online customer experienceCollaborate with internal teams to plan assortments and drive incremental revenue growthPartner with external stakeholders to strengthen relationships and expand account opportunitiesSupport promotional planning and listing optimization effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field3–4 years of experience in account management, preferably within apparel or eCommerceStrong background in eCommerce merchandising requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysisKnowledge of pricing strategies and margin managementProven ability to manage and grow external partner relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently#INAPR2026 #LI-AS7 #LI-ONSITE
