Job DescriptionHigh Net Worth Associate Account ManagerJob SummaryA growing independent insurance agency is seeking a High Net Worth Associate Account Manager to support a private client team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. The position plays a key role in maintaining precise client records, delivering error-free work, and supporting time-sensitive and complex account activity. Success requires full accountability for quality and accuracy from initiation through completion.ResponsibilitiesProcess endorsements that do not require underwriting approvalGenerate and maintain updated summaries of insurance for high-value accountsAssist with detailed insurance reviews by identifying discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and elevating findings appropriatelyPrepare endorsement quotesRetrieve inspections from carrier websites, attach documentation in agency management software, and flag items requiring immediate attentionEnter manually processed or non-download policy renewals and endorsements into agency management software, including full-term premium updatesGenerate and process loss payee requestsHandle mortgagee requests, including refinances, HELOCs, and coverage verificationsIssue certificates of insurance for landlords and property management companiesAssist with billing inquiries and payment processingIssue ID cards and binders for existing auto policiesProcess vehicle changes to auto and umbrella policies, including driver reassignments to help optimize premium when appropriateFollow up on documentation for new vehicles to confirm proper valuation and applicable safety feature creditsReview daily downloads related to endorsements and update agency management software records as neededSupport special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements5+ years of insurance experience, preferably within High Net Worth or Private Client linesHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance licenseProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSignExperience with agency management software; AMS360 experience preferredFamiliarity with high-net-worth carrier portals such as Chubb, PURE Insurance, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Berkley One, AIG Private Client Group, and Vault preferredAdvanced computer literacy and technical proficiencyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKey SkillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle discrepanciesStrong team orientation with the ability to work independentlyEffective problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable performing repetitive tasks that require sustained focusAbility to follow detailed procedures with consistency and accuracyDisclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.
