Senior Engineer

Actively work to improve post-trade processes through cutting-edge technology to enable fully automated solutions; design, develop and implement required software processes through highly clean and maintainable code following industry standards. Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or as Software Engineer or in similar position(s) in the finance or investment industries. Background in education, training or experience must include experience with database systems, data structures, and algorithms; knowledge of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing; experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Java or Python, to develop programs which facilitate data integration from internal and external vendors; experience with Linux systems, SQL, and Shell scripting; experience creating and maintaining relational databases for the processing of financial and alternative data; demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
