(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)The Studio Operations Coordinator – Post-Production & Global Workflow Support is a highly detail-oriented operational role responsible for executing and maintaining critical workflows across vendor-provided imagery (VPI), CreativeForce data integrity, and post-production pipeline tracking.This role serves as the day-to-day operational backbone to the Studio Operations Manager, ensuring data accuracy, asset readiness, and seamless image flow across seasonal and evergreen content. The position requires strong analytical skills, systems proficiency (CreativeForce, DAM, Excel), and the ability to proactively manage high SKU volume in a fast-paced, global environment. This individual is execution-focused, systems-driven, and highly organized — with the ability to identify issues early and partner cross-functionally to protect timelines and reporting integrity.What You'll DoVendor Provided Imagery (VPI) ProcessingManage end-to-end processing of vendor-provided imagery (VPI) across approximately 800 SKUs per season and over 12 global vendorsStandardize varied vendor workflows to ensure consistency in file delivery, formatting, and naming conventionsValidate and correct file naming conventions using Excel formulas, data validation tools, and automation scripts to ensure alignment with internal standardsCoordinate product data and image uploads with the DAM team to ensure seamless ingestion and system alignmentProactively identify and request missing assets from vendors to protect delivery timelinesMaintain clear tracking documentation and ensure buyers are consistently updated on image status and asset readinessFlag systemic vendor inconsistencies and propose workflow improvements to leadershipCreativeForce Data MaintenanceManage CreativeForce data maintenance by uploading approximately 300-500 late adds per season in a timely mannerEnsure metadata accuracy, SKU-level alignment, and adherence to seasonal style guidesMaintain seasonal master tracking files to capture all updates, revisions, and late changesSafeguard reporting integrity by validating data inputs before system uploadsPartner with regional teams to confirm sample status, SKU readiness, and photography coverage completenessSupport quality control checks to ensure complete image coverage across all seasonal buysPost-Production Support & Image Flow MonitoringMonitor Dotcom/Wholesale overlap leverage under the updated workflow modelSubmit leverage requests when applicable to optimize asset utilizationReview studio status reports to ensure assets move efficiently through the post-production pipelineProactively identify delays, inconsistencies, or one-off issues and escalate to cross-functional partnersMaintain centralized visibility into upload notes, revisions, and dependenciesSupport timeline adherence by coordinating with post-production teams on priority shifts and bottlenecksPerform quality control on images as needed, ensuring consistency with descriptions and accuracy of retouching and image leverages/QCing imagesOperational Reporting & TrackingMaintain SKU-level trackers to monitor asset flow, vendor delivery, upload completion, and leverage utilizationBuild and maintain structured Excel tracking files to support operational reportingSupport preparation of weekly operational updates for leadership reviewEnsure data consistency across CreativeForce, DAM, and internal tracking systemsFormulate ad hoc reports based on requested needs, ensuring timely and accurate insightsWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Production, Operations, or related field preferred4-7 years of experience in studio operations, marketing operations, digital asset management, or production workflowsExperience managing high SKU volume in retail, fashion, or consumer goods environments preferredStrong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data validation, conditional logic, file standardization) Experience with CreativeForce, DAM platforms, or comparable workflow systemsExceptional attention to detail and data integrityAbility to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workstreamsStrong cross-functional communication skillsProactive problem-solving mindsetComfortable working within evolving workflows and global team structureThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$60,800---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
