This role will manage the billing-to-cash function for construction projects, and requires experience in AIA, milestone construction billing. This is a full-time, permanent, fully in-house role with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Responsibilities:Generate and submit percentage-of-completion invoices Process construction progress payments Maintain aging report, following up on unpaid invoices, addressing customer questions and billing discrepanciesMonitor partial, milestone, and staged payments from clients.Collaborate with PMs to confirm completed work aligns with invoices.Verify billing accuracy against contract terms and change orders.Process and track lien waivers and retained fundsQualifications:3-5 years’ experience billing/AR, with a minimum of 2+ years of exposure to AIA/Construction project accounting. Strong communication and written skillsExperience with collections and cash applicationStrong negotiation and follow-up skills
