Benefits:401(k)Bonus based on performance Job Title: Sales Specialist Location: Madison, MS Company: Orangetheory Fitness – Madison Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week) Job Summary Orangetheory Fitness Madison is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist responsible for managing studio leads, converting prospects into members, and supporting the development of front desk sales associates. This role focuses heavily on lead follow-up, booking first-time guests into classes, and converting trial members into long-term memberships. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, organized, and passionate about helping people start their fitness journey.
