Manager, OEM Solution Architecture
Overview:
In this role you will lead OEM technical field teams to drive NVIDIA product integration for OEM partners, guiding NPI and end-to-end solution delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, project management, and sales to align with strategy and design-win objectives. You will manage deployments, address partner concerns, and build strong technical relationships for rapid problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Technical Engagements for the OEM team and NVIDIA product integration
- Lead NPI activities and guide integration of NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms
- Orchestrate End-to-End Solution Development with cross-functional alignment
- Address OEM partner concerns and provide high-level technical support
- Coordinate Large-Scale Deployments and ensure timely execution
- Recruit, interview, and justify hiring for new team members
- Influence strategy and policy, contributing to OEM account strategy and roadmap planning
Key requirements:
- 8+ years in OEM/ODM, data center operations, deployments and management
- At least 4 years in a leadership/people-management role
- Proven coordination skills across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E development
- Experience with OEM integration cycles including qualification and launch
- Broad technical understanding of NVIDIA solutions (GPU, networking, software stacks) for data center and OEM deployments
- Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering, sales, and product teams
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM reviews and manage customer relationships
- Project management skills with goal setting, progress tracking, and multi-initiative execution
