Retirement Plan Specialist (Tallahassee)

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Retirement Plan Specialist to support and service our retirement plan clients through ongoing plan consulting, employee education, and vendor coordination.The Retirement Plan Specialist will work closely with plan sponsors, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), record keepers, and internal advisory teams to help deliver a high-quality client experience while supporting retirement plan growth and participant outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting with plan implementation and ongoing administration, coordinating with TPAs and record keepers on operational matters, plan design changes, compliance support, payroll integrations, participant issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service-related items.This role will also lead and support annual client review meetings with plan sponsors, providing updates on plan participation, deferral trends, investment performance, fiduciary considerations, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their retirement plan objectives. This role will also lead employee education and Open Enrollment meetings, delivering group presentations and one-on-one participant guidance to encourage participation, increase retirement readiness, and improve overall engagement with the plan.The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism in client-facing situations, and the ability to build productive working relationships with clients and vendor partners alike.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)Prior experience in retirement plans, financial services, or employee benefits is preferredStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiencesAbility to simplify complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidanceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholdersAppropriate securities licenses (or willingness to obtain)While experience and industry knowledge are valued, we are also willing to consider recent graduates who demonstrate strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the aptitude to develop into the role, even without directly transferable experience.
