This is a visible role with influence, stability, and room to grow-ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-driven setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple legal entitiesLead manufacturing cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliationsPrepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany transactions and eliminationsManage and coordinate annual audits and support external auditorsDrive budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets and periodic forecastsSupervise and develop one staff accountant while collaborating with international accounting counterpartsEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulatory requirementsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with strong cost and inventory accounting exposurePrior experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidationAudit and budgeting experience requiredSome supervisory or people-management experienceStrong systems aptitude; ERP experience preferredDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environmentDesired Skills and ExperienceRequirements & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance* 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, with strong cost and inventory accounting exposure* Prior experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation* Audit and budgeting experience required* Some supervisory or people-management experience* Strong systems aptitude; ERP experience preferred* Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
