Come work with us and let's build something great together!Military Experience Is a Plus.This is not a teleworking position.S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Contracts Administrator IV to join the contracts and procurement team at our HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL.There is a $5,000.00 hire-in bonus associated with the position.DescriptionThe Contracts Administrator IV is a senior position in collaboration with designated departments when developing contract solutions (typically FFP, FPLOE, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, or LH) in response to governmental, federal prime, and commercial clients' time sensitive Requests for Quote, Requests for Pricing, or other contract related submissions.Responsibilities Develops prime and subcontract proposals compliant with DoD/Federal Agency requirements. Utilizes contracting methods for all phases of the proposal process, from proposal strategy through negotiations to award execution. Develops cost/pricing narratives for proposals, to include all required descriptions of direct and indirect costs and the proposed pricing buildup process. Develop simple to highly detailed contract documentation to meet the Government/Prime/Commercial client's requirements and ensures that contracts are audit-ready and compliant in accordance with company policies, Government oversight organization (e.g., DCAA) policies, and the requirements of the contract. Ensures that proposals and all deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted in accordance with company policies and government requirements. Develops detailed contracts supporting Foreign Military Sales requirements. Supports internal and external contract audits, as required by the company, government, and/or prime contractors.Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related discipline; Masters’ highly preferred. At least ten years of experience administering Government contracts & subcontracts exceeding $5 million in total value. Can substitute ten years of Government Contracts Management experience with three years Contract Pricing experience, plus four years Contracts Management experience. Three years of recent experience developing detailed government contracts and/or subcontracts. Three years of experience developing and/or managing Government cost type contract awards Four years of military contracts training and experience. Three or more years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint. At least one year of experience managing Aviation contracts, to include but not limited to maintenance and/or flight training. Must be flexible to work in the Huntsville, AL corporate offices, which may require performance beyond normal business hours.
