General Laborer/Crew Member

Job Title: General Laborer – Oil & Gas Services (Seasonal) Position Type: Seasonal Industry: Oil & Gas Services Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer to support field operations within the oil and gas services industry. This is a seasonal position involving outdoor, physically demanding work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform slope mowing using appropriate equipment Conduct heavy brush clearing and vegetation management Operate weed eaters and other hand tools safely and effectively Apply herbicides in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulations Assist with general labor tasks and perform any other duties as assigned Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a pre-employment and/or random drug test Skills & Abilities Good verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Willingness to maintain a professional appearance at all times Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking on uneven terrain, and operating equipment Limited overnight travel may be required Safety Statement Safety is of primary importance in this position.
