As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager – B2B Sales to expand and manage our commercial and municipal client relationships. If you enjoy connecting with people, presenting solutions, and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and municipal accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with HOAs, property managers, industrial facilities, and local government teams
Identify opportunities to upsell services such as vacuum truck work, jetting, hydro-excavation, CCTV inspections, and pipe lining
Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, quotes, and renewals
Conduct onsite assessments and coordinate walk-throughs with clients and service teams
Track all client activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with field operations to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Support territory expansion and long-term account retention strategies
Participate in bid/RFP processes for municipal and large commercial contracts
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B account management or sales experience
Experience in service industries such as plumbing, utilities, facilities, construction, or environmental services (strong plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to simplify and present technical solutions in a client-friendly way
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites regularly
Strong follow-up habits, organization, and professionalism
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, etc.)
Knowledge of jetting, vacuum trucks, CCTV sewer inspection, or industrial/municipal service operations
Familiarity with proposals, bids, and RFP/RFQ processes
History of territory growth, client retention, or long-cycle B2B sales
