This role involves running workshops, collecting timely information from business stakeholders, and working closely with teams to understand their roles and processes. An in-depth background in LabVantage LIMS and experience with software deployment in a commercial lab environment are essential.Responsibilities:Develop and customize LabVantage LIMS solutions to meet the needs of the organizationDesign and implement new features and enhancements within the LabVantage platformWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsPerform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of LabVantage solutionsUnderstand master data and work with the lab data manager to ensure good data qualityProvide training and support to end-users on the use of LabVantage LIMSStay current on industry trends and advancements in LabVantage technologyQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or commensurate experience)5+ years of experience in commercial LIMS system supportKnowledge of LabVantage LIMS, including LabVantage web pages, dashboards, master data configuration, testing, and reporting is preferred.Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and processesFamiliarity with databases and experience building queriesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to troubleshoot incidents arising from Lab users on various instruments/supporting applicationsProvide recommendations on best practices for LabVantage out-of-the-box functionalityAbout us:At our organization, we take our mission and values to heart!
