Our commitment is to deliver effective IT solutions that support our clients' business success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time work from home role for an IT Systems Engineer, located in the Portland, Maine Area, with some occasional on-site client work to be expected. The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks, Microsoft 365, and related computing environments. The day-to-day tasks include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting systems and network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the systems’ operational efficiency and compliance with best practices.QualificationsStrong background in Information Technology, System Administration, and Network AdministrationProficiency in troubleshooting and Technical SupportAbility to manage and administer networked systems, including hardware and software installationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamRelevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plusExperience with ticketing systems, and RMM's.
