Fire Sprinkler Apprentice - Locations: EaganWintegrity is searching for (2) Fire Sprinkler Apprentice to join a growing team supporting commercial and residential fire sprinkler installation projects. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earn opportunity ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, farming, or related trades. Candidates must be willing to travel weekly to job sites within a 2-hour radius of Eagan, MN.KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong work ethic and reliabilityMechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power toolsConstruction or trade-related experience preferredAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCommitment to workplace safety and OSHA complianceDependability and stable work historyWillingness to travel to regional job sitesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist licensed journeymen with the installation, modification, and servicing of fire sprinkler systemsInstall sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components according to approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standardsCut, thread, groove, and join pipe using hand and power toolsSupport system testing, flushing, and inspectionsMaintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA regulationsAttend all required apprenticeship classes and complete coursework on scheduleTravel weekly to assigned project sites within a 2-hour radiusPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisorQUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, sprinkler installation, farming, or other hands-on labor environments preferredMechanically inclined with the ability to learn technical trade skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periodsStable employment history required; candidates with frequent job changes every 3-4 months will not be consideredMust pass a background check and complete a company applicationValid driver's license requiredEDUCATION: High school diploma or GED requiredCERTIFICATION: Enrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship program preferredADDITIONAL DETAILS: Compensation ranges from $25-$32/hour, with a $45/day per diem for food and hotel accommodations covered for overnight assignments.Two-step interview processImmediate interviews available for qualified candidates
