Job Description About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Out patient team. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Your primary goal will be to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work closely with physicians, Medical assistants , and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a dedication to excellence.LocationFort Worth TX 76104 / Weatherford TX 76086Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent certification as a Physician AssistantCurrent state license to practice as a Physician AssistantExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a primary care or specialty care settingExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsBilingual in English and Spanish will a plusResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plansOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsPrescribe medications and other treatments as appropriateProvide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and managementSkills:As a Physician Assistant, you will use your strong clinical skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. You will need to be proficient in conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications and other treatments. In addition, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role. Finally, experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and fluency in Spanish will be beneficial but not required.
