Dental Office Manager (Springfield)
The Role : Dental Dreams in Springfield, MA seeks a motivated Office Manager with previous experience managing a dental practice . This position will focus on achieving operational goals, managing employee relations, and patient relations. The scope of the role is to assist and cover the front desk staff, fulfill the scheduling requirements and provide the necessary support to the Dental Assistants and Dentists.The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience working in a Dental Office, strong leadership skills and a strong knowledge of dental billing practices. Dental Assisting experience is also highly preferred as managers are often needed to help around the back with assisting.
