Daily activities include a wide range of general office duties, including, but not limited to:answering phonesreading and routing mailevent planningcreating travel arrangements and itinerariesThe ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate dependability, a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.Work location: 349 Scott Street, Gray Design Building, Lexington, KY 40506Due to the on-site nature of position responsibilities, this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work location.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesFlexibility, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong time management and ability to multitaskDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
