Retention Representative (Pre-Sales) | Work From Home | $18/hr

As a Retention/Pre Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with existing customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and identify new sales opportunities. Your primary goal will be to retain and grow our customer base by delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and identifying potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Primary Focus: Save new pending orders ; Retention for prospect customers wishing to cancel their order Handle pending order status calls ; Partner with dispatch or assignment to move pending orders forward Appointment reschedules; Rescheduling service orders for prospect customers Pending order cancellations ; Review stage code orders to educate customers on installation status Modify pending orders to upgrade or downgrade speeds or to add or remove features Modify home/email address for prospect customers What are we looking for? 1. Amazing Retention Strategies: Develop and implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer loyalty. Being able to identify at-risk accounts and create personalized plans to retain them is A MUST in this position. 2. Great Customer Engagement: Proactively contact existing customers via phone, email, or other channels to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns immediately. 3. Wide Product Knowledge: Be able to maintain an in-depth understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively. Staying up-to-date with our products/services, including new releases, updates, and changes, is necessary in order to thrive in this position. 4. Problem Solver and a Critical Thinker: Listening to the needs of the customers and asking the right questions in order to give the appropriate resolution are needed to ensure efficient execution of the role. Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify potential sales opportunities and provide personalized solutions that meet customers' needs is the very essence of the position. 5. Possess Functional Technical Skills - As Frontier is a telecommunications company, you are expected to work on several tools and applications that will require multitasking and an understanding of their use in order to perform your tasks efficiently. 6. Data Analysis, Attention to Details & Accuracy: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform sales strategies, as well as gathering and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve our products/services and the overall customer experience, are equally important, hence, accurate note documentation for all customer interactions and deep knowledge of the processes and products are essential to delivering a customer experience at or above customer & shareholder requirements as measured by key metrics. Qualifications: Must have atleast 1 year of Retention Experience Must have atleast 1 year of Sales/Cross Selling Experience Experience in sales and customer service is a requirement; must be able to execute basic sales skills in a high performance environment Advanced problem-solving skills and can effectively communicate with customers and work groups Ability to multi-task and have organizational and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions Excellent customer service and communications skills Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions. Strong outgoing personality and great work ethic. Flexible work hours and availability for day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday. Overtime may be required Must be willing to go through pre-employment background, drug test and assessments Must be willing to attend training onsite and when the need arises. Must be living within or atleast 30miles radious from North Kansas City.
