Job SummaryThe Senior Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to a wide variety of customer types and situations. Progressive levels of responsibility within the role will necessitate a more proactive approach to prevent future issues and fostering customer education.Responsibilities: Represent the technical support team in cross-functional meetings and projects.• Handle the most complex and critical technical issues.• Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I & II cannot resolve, as needed.• Act as a subject matter expert for specialized technical areas within the organization.• Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and solutions.• Conduct training sessions and workshops for technical support teams and end-users.• Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and provide hands-on assistance when necessary.• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.• Works with IT leadership to run the Change Management System Qualifications: • Associate's Degree in IT related field (Preferred). • Seven or more years (7+) of relevant experience (Required).
