Process Engineer

What if you could shape how complex products are manufactured—from the first design concept all the way to flawless production? Seeking a Process Engineer to support new product launches, improve manufacturing processes, and enhance product quality in a production environment. Responsibilities Design and optimize manufacturing processes using CAD and simulation tools. Develop tooling and process controls for new and existing products. Collaborate with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to improve efficiency and quality. Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience. CAD experience required; simulation software experience preferred. Ability to read engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred. Experience with simulation software desired. Experience with quality inspection and non-destructive testing methods is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools preferred.
