About the RoleAt Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives- a mission we've honed since 1859.We are currently seeking a District Recruiting Support Specialist for the 1290 Avenue of the Americas office of Equitable Advisors' Greater New York Branch. Reporting directly to the Complex Operations Manager, this individual will be the key point of contact for all financial advisor recruiting support functions. This role will be full-time onsite in Equitable Advisors' 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York City office.What You'll Be DoingSupport 5-7 District Managers in candidate sourcing and pipeline managementDevelop, post and respond to recruiting postings on multiple platformsContinually analyze results of sourcing methodologies to improve overall recruiting resultsInteract directly with candidates to finalize meeting schedules for recruiting managersAbility to manage multiple projectsThe base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
