If you’re the kind of person who cares about doing simple things exceptionally well, this role may be for you. The Role As a Barista at Base Coffee, you are the face of the brand. You’re not just making drinks, you’re setting the tone for someone’s entire day. You’ll be responsible for: Preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages with consistency and care Taking orders quickly and accurately, including outside order taking Creating genuine, friendly interactions with every customer, even during rushes Operating espresso and coffee equipment confidently Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive shop culture Working shifts at both our Midvale and Millcreek locations as needed Schedule & Availability (Important) Minimum 5 days per week required Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends Early mornings and occasional evenings (shop closes by 6:30 pm) Willingness to work at both locations based on scheduling needs This role is not suited for someone seeking occasional shifts or a fixed schedule.
