Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Franklin, IN. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing maintenance and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction after service. The technician will also comply with EPA standards and maintain an organized and professional work environment. Qualifications Ability to provide exceptional service with a strong focus on customer satisfactionProficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issuesExperience performing maintenance and repair on heating and air conditioning systemsSkills in conducting preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiencyEPA certification or equivalent knowledge of environmental protocolsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver’s license and ability to work on-sitePrevious experience in residential HVAC services is a plus
