In this role, you will drive the planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. As the primary point of contact for your workstream, you are accountable for facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management overseeing active deployments, go-live, and post-deployment operations.As The Change Management Operations Project Manager, You WillCommunicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverablesCultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activitiesDevelop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out activities within the role’s purviewSupport the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progressManages schedules of events and activities through the IMSProvides configuration support for new builds and functional support for workflow optimization in post-deployment operationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valuedOracle Health Oracle Health EHR implementation experience with expertise in Change ManagementPrevious Healthcare IT or EHR deployment experience with demonstrated experience in project coordination, project planning and execution and workstream domainAdvanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health solutions to client audiencesPrevious Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 50% travel to client sites nationwideCandidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandatesUS Citizenship requiredThe estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
