Job Description Front Desk Coordinator | Minneapolis, MNA well-established lung and sleep specialty clinic is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for a 13-week contract role onsite in Minneapolis, MN. This role may have potential for extension.This is a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts are between 7:45 AM-4:15 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. No weekends, no call.In this role, you will help create a smooth and welcoming patient experience by supporting front desk operations, registration, check-in/check-out, scheduling, patient communication, and administrative support in a busy outpatient clinic.Occasional coverage at a secondary St. Paul clinic may be needed, and candidates will be informed in advance. Travel between clinic locations during an active shift is not required.What You’ll DoGreet and assist patients in person and by phoneComplete patient registration, check-in, and check-outCollect demographic, insurance, and financial informationObtain required documentation and patient signaturesSchedule and reschedule appointmentsReview MyChart appointments for accuracy and follow-upProcess no-show letters and reschedule reportsCollect copays and balancesHelp answer questions about financial assistance programsComplete end-of-day reconciliationUse Epic, In-Basket, MyChart, and RightFax for scheduling, records, and patient communicationKeep lobby and check-in areas clean, stocked, and organizedSupport release of information requestsWhat You’ll BringAt least 1 year of healthcare front desk experienceEpic EMR experience requiredMyChart and In-Basket experience strongly preferredExperience with insurance verification, registration, scheduling, and check-in/check-outStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced clinic environmentReliable transportationHigh School Diploma or GEDAuthorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorshipPay$16-$18 per hour, based on experience.Company DescriptionTalentFish is an employee-owned company pioneering a new realm in talent acquisition.
