Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Mechanical Engineer position based in Santa Clarita, CA. The role involves designing and managing mechanical systems, from initial concept to final implementation, for a variety of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing machine design, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, conducting research and development for new solutions, and leading project management tasks to ensure timelines and objectives are met. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in Machine DesignExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and methodologiesStrong background in Project Management and the ability to lead diverse teamsHands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D) within engineering contextsExceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plusExperience in MEP consulting or a related industry is highly desirableFamiliarity with relevant building codes and industry standards
