Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Value Strategist based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, larger Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Value Strategist will work closely with business owners to analyze current operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering actionable recommendations, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing consulting support tailored to the client’s goals and exit strategy. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess business operations, interpret data, and identify growth and efficiency opportunitiesExperience in Consulting or Management Consulting, with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations and strategic insightsProficiency in Business Strategy development and implementation to guide businesses toward long-term successExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholdersProven ability to build strong client relationships and manage projects independentlyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferredExperience in exit planning or similar industries is an advantage
