Position: Commercial Lines ProducerLocation: Portsmouth, NHPosition Summary:We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to expand our Property & Casualty book of business. This is a true sales role, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to develop strong client relationships. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, advising clients, and closing deals, all while being supported by a dedicated team that helps you win bigger and faster.Key Responsibilities:Prospect, network, and develop new commercial insurance opportunities across New England and beyond.Advise clients by understanding their risks, recommending coverage, and providing trusted solutions.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and on-boarding new clients.Partner with dedicated Placement Team to strategize carrier appetite, submissions, and underwriting.Leverage exclusive programs, carrier relationships, and in-house resources to compete at the highest level.Collaborate with account managers, claims advocacy, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experienceRepresent brand of concierge-level service in all client and community interactions.Qualifications:2–5 years of insurance sales experience.Demonstrated success in building client relationships and closing new business.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mind-set with the drive to grow, win, and achieve top producer status.Desire for a long-term career home in a stable, family-owned agency.Licensed in Property & Casualty (or ability to obtain).
