Customer Sales Executive (W&P) Posted Date: Mar 18, 2026 Requisition Number: 127796 CSE W&PJob Location: Miami, FlPay Level: 1BSUMMARY:The Customer Sales Executive Caribbean (Walton and Post), is responsible for acting as the primary commercial interface within the distributor organization, ensuring the execution of channel strategies across Caribbean Islands by managing distributor teams.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead day-to-day distributor engagement by working closely with internal distributor sales, marketing and operations teams.Ensure execution of banner-specific strategies across different markets/islands by translating commercial plans into clear actions for the sales team.Drive Sales, distribution and portfolio performance by monitoring KPIs and ensuring disciplined execution across markets.Act as the primary point of coordination between the distributor and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and issue resolutions.Identify market opportunities and execution gaps and proactively recommend actions to improve performance across marketsEmbedded commercial role within the distributor organization (inplant)Multi-market responsibility (e.g. Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, etc.)Interface with distributor sales leadership and channel teams.QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Understanding of distributor-led and multi-channel go-to-market models.Ability to influence and lead through others without direct authority..Strong execution mindset with structured follow-up and accountability.Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Cultural adaptability and ability to operate across diverse Caribbean markets.High level of autonomy, organization and ownership.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.+3 years of experience in sales, distributor management or commercial execution roles.Exposure to CPG/FMCG and multi-market territories strongly preferred.Fluent in Spanish and English.The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
