Mechanical AssemblerWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team at an industry leading company. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing a new facility to be used for manufacturing testing procedures.Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for a new lab testing facilityUse hand, power, and pneumatic toolsSafely operates equipment as directedPerforms on-line testing and inspection activitiesComplies with all requirements of Quality System in accordance with ISO9001In accordance with company procedures, cleans and prepares units for next operationMaintains all aspects of workplace organizationCommunicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individualsMaintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Company policies to eliminate and or reduce exposure to liabilitySpecial projects or work as assigned by the SupervisorRequired to maintain accurate recordsWill be required to participate in Small Group meetingsDuties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeRequirements:Candidates with production (manufacturing) experience and strong mechanical processes are highly desirable.The ideal candidate should be familiar with testing equipment, instruments, and related safety procedures, blue print interpretation, and electrical wiring practices.The position requires the ability to handle a minimum of 2-3 tasks simultaneously on a frequent basis.Thorndale Partners, LLC Your trusted talent acquisition partner working to provide a premium experience to both job seekers and hiring managers.
