We are a certified SBA HUBZone and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence.Position SummaryThe Head of Sales serves as the general manager of the company's revenue engine, responsible for driving new cash collected and new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through a high-performance, accountable sales culture. This role ensures the sales organization consistently operates at peak performance with the right people, processes, and pipeline to sustain long-term growth. The Head of Sales leads strategy, performance management, and talent development while continuously raising the bar for sales execution and results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth.Own and deliver against revenue targets including new cash collected and new MRR generated.Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable to performance expectations and company standards.Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline to support revenue goals.Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to improve close rates and overall efficiency.Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for quotas and behavioral standards.Coach and develop sales team members through regular 1:1 meetings, call reviews, and structured training.Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline to ensure continuous growth of high-performing sales talent.Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and the overall sales funnel.Monitor and report on pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales metrics to leadership.Use data and analytics to guide strategic decisions and improve team performance.Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Leadership ResponsibilitiesEmbody company values and lead by example in all interactions across teams.Ensure the team follows the organization's operating cadence and understands company goals and priorities.Create a culture of curiosity, vulnerability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide mentorship and support to help team members grow professionally and perform at their highest level.Clearly communicate the purpose and impact behind team initiatives while empowering team ownership and accountability.Minimize employee churn through strong leadership, engagement, and performance support.QualificationsRequired:Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales performance targets.Experience building and optimizing repeatable sales processes and pipelines.Strong leadership experience with accountability, coaching, and team development.Experience managing pipeline forecasting, sales performance metrics, and quota attainment.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Ability to use data and reporting to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes.PreferredExperience in high-growth, recurring revenue (MRR-based) business models.Experience collaborating closely with marketing teams on demand generation and lead conversion strategies.Experience implementing sales enablement, CRM optimization, or performance tracking systems.Background in building scalable sales organizations within fast-growing companies.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
