Lease Operator

Ace Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Lease Operator to support oil & gas production operations in the San Angelo, TX area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient production in a fast-paced field environment.As a Lease Operator, you will:Operate, monitor, and maintain compressors and production equipmentPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on wells, tanks, and facilitiesMonitor production to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsTroubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate necessary repairsMaintain accurate records of production data and equipment performanceQualifications:• 2+ years of Lease Operator experience in oil & gas• Hands-on experience with compressors and production equipment• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance
