Job location - Pleasanton, CA and Coppell, TXOnsiteRetail domain/industry is must to haveTechnical SkillsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Integration Procedures.Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.Experience with integration patterns API-led, Kafka, ESB, microservices.Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.Functional SkillsStrong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order, case lifecycle, service operations.Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities. Certifications (typically expected)Salesforce Platform Developer IPlatform Developer II (preferred)Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)Additional certifications like OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado) are a plus.
