Qualifications Certified Sterile Processing Technician Job Requirements: Education Requirements: Experience: One year of experience in sterile processing, central service in a hospital environment. CRCST, CSPDT, or CBSPD certification required within one year of employment. Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and medical terminology Skills: High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English. Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
