About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our sales team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving territory growth. Your efforts will directly impact performance metrics and bonus opportunities tied to business development, customer engagement, and marketing alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Breeze Sessions
Organize and lead strategic account review and sales alignment meetings ("Breeze Sessions")
Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure goal alignment
2. Lead and Customer Follow-Up
Promptly follow up on inbound leads, marketing-generated opportunities, and customer inquiries
Maintain ongoing, timely communication with prospects and clients
3. New Customer Acquisition Support
Assist the sales team with tools, insights, and administrative support to secure new business
Help identify and qualify leads within the assigned territory
4. Territory Activity and CRM Management
Ensure every account has consistent touchpoints (calls, emails, or meetings) at least every 90 days
Accurately log all interactions, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM system
5. Marketing and Growth Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation and campaign success
Support territory-level initiatives to grow brand visibility and revenue

Who You Are
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
Prior experience in sales support, business development, or customer service is a plus
