Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our speakeasy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring that our bar area is clean and well-maintained. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Handle cash and process transactions efficiently using the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred. Familiarity with nightclub/lounge environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is essential.
