The patient population in the MSPCU are sick with multiple comorbidities. Our patient population varies daily, with admissions from the ED and downgrades from the ICU. Schedule:Full-Time Nights, 6:45p-7:15a / 3/12s w/rotation of weekend and holidays Job Description: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
