CI/CD Dev Ops Engineer (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Please apply only if you have an active Top Secret clearance. ***North Point Technology is hiring a mission-focused CI/CD DevOps Engineer to help deploy, secure, and operate GEOINT visualization services that support on-demand access to critical data and products across the Federal Government.Responsibilities:Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines for custom, GOTS, and COTS software deployments across multiple teams in the Strata/GVS environment. Administer and harden Linux-based systems (primarily Red Hat), support AWS-hosted components, and automate operational tasks with scripting. Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 deployment and runtime issues, support internal and external users, and partner with Development, Security, Systems Engineering, and Tier 2 Operations to deliver secure capabilities. Apply DevSecOps practices to improve deployment reliability, system security, and release speed in an Agile/SAFe team environment. Collaborate effectively with government personnel, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates.Required Qualifications:Final Secret Clearance (required to start)Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI ClearanceBS in a science, engineering, or technology-related fieldMultiple years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, software deployment, or systems administrationExperience supporting CI/CD or software deployment operations in Linux environmentsPrior experience with Red Hat LinuxPrior experience with AWSPrior Linux systems administrator experienceExperience writing scripts (Bash, Python, or similar)Prior Tier 3 troubleshooting experienceExperience working within SAFe or other Agile Release Train / Agile software development environmentsStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in a team-based engineering environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with NGA infrastructure and procesessExperience applying STIGs / system hardening controlsExperience with Chef, Ansible, GitLab, and/or DockerExperience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, or Map of the WorldWindows systems administrator experienceExperience supporting secure deployments for classified or regulated government environmentsExperience working with geographically distributed engineering teams and mission operations stakeholdersNorth Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions!
