We are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and customer-focused professional who is ready to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: · Answering High Volume of Calls and Emails · Educate customers about the company’s products and services. · Promoting our homeowner portal. · Accurately complete all service invoices/ follow-ups. · Collecting payments · Coordinate with administrative staff to order parts, reschedule calls, and communicate with customers. · Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the manager. Qualifications: · 1–3 years of customer service experience. · 1 year of experience with Sage 100 Contractor. · Flexible, reliable, and willing to work. · Strong customer service and communication skills. · Clean and professional appearance.
