We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation and compassion drive everything we do.Our Receptionist/ConciergeAssists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the publicTakes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assignedProvides exceptional customer service to our teamPerforms general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.Assist the Marketing Director with inputting admissions, screeing and room preparationsDistributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.Performs other duties as assigned. What You Need To SucceedA high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experienceAt least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe ReaderCurrent first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skillsCompletion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
