Test Manager (Property & Casualty Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts for a large-scale, multi-year transformation program within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will define test strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all testing activities across large-scale transformation programsDefine and implement test strategy, test planning, and test estimationCoordinate and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreamsEnsure end-to-end quality assurance across P&C insurance applicationsCollaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile delivery cyclesManage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOpsEnsure automation coverage and continuous improvement of QA processesValidate data using SQL and support backend testing needsOversee automation frameworks using Playwright and RanorexRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience as a QA/Test ManagerStrong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domainExpertise in test strategy, test planning, and test estimationHands-on experience with SQLExperience with test automation tools like Microsoft Playwright and RanorexStrong knowledge of Azure DevOpsExperience working in Agile environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience in large-scale digital transformation programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
