Project Manager – Water (Florida)You can either keep delivering the same projects…Or step into something a bit more interesting.I’m working with a top-tier water engineering consultancy that’s growing across Florida — and they need a Project Manager who actually knows how to deliver, not just sit in meetings talking about it.What you’ll actually be doing:· Owning water / wastewater projects end-to-end (design → construction → closeout)· Managing budgets, schedules, and clients without things drifting off course· Working across treatment, distribution, storage, and infrastructure upgrades· Leading engineers and project teams who rely on you to keep things movingWhat they’re looking for:· 10–15+ years in water / wastewater projects (not adjacent… actually in it)· Strong design + construction phase experience· PE license (or very close)· Someone who can talk to clients without needing a scriptWhy it’s worth a look:· Real project ownership (not stuck as a cog in a 10-layer structure)· Strong pipeline of Florida work - not “we might win this”· Backed by one of the most established names in waterIf you’ve hit the point where you want more control over what you’re delivering, this is probably worth a conversation.Drop me a message or apply - happy to run you through it.
